loved one’s needs and expectations. During this meeting, I’ll provide an overview of what to
expect from the communities and explain the different types of senior living options available. I
will guide you on the important questions to ask during our community tours.
As your dedicated liaison, I will handle all communications with the senior living communities,
from scheduling tours to managing inquiries, ensuring that all information filters through me.
Your family’s information will remain confidential until a final decision is made.
I will assist with the necessary documentation for the move-in process and stay involved for the
first 30 days to help ensure a smooth transition. If additional services are needed, I will also
provide recommendations to ensure your loved one receives the best possible care.
